Tegen beslissingen van regulatoren en administratieve autoriteiten op het vlak van het economisch, het financieel en het marktrecht kan een “één aanleg” jurisdictioneel verhaal (met volle rechtsmacht) ingesteld worden voor het Marktenhof (tweetalige sectie van het hof van beroep te Brussel).

Het Marktenhof verleent de rechtzoekenden de doeltreffende voorziening in rechte tegen de meeste beslissingen van regulatoren sensu lato zoals gewaarborgd door artikel 47 HGEU.

Decisions taken by regulators and administrative authorities in the field of economic, financial and market law can be subject to a "one instance" jurisdictional appeal (the Market court having full jurisdiction) before the Market Court (a bilingual section of the court of appeal) in Brussels.

The Market Court grants the applicants an effective remedy and a fair trial before a tribunal against most decisions of regulatory authorities in the broad sense of the term as guaranteed by Article 47 of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights.
